Fusion Eyewear does not ship on consignment or customer approval.
All shipments and delivery of goods are transported and insured at buyers risk and expense.
All exchanges require prior authorization from Fusion Eyewear, Inc. and must be returned in salable condition. For authorization and service please call 1.888.343.8746
All frames are guaranteed against manufacturer defect under normal wear for a period of one year except Iyoko Inyake & Em Eyewear which is a two year period from date of invoice.
Claims of defect must by made by the Buyer within five (5) days of receipt of goods
